Our story
From an internal system to a product for growing teams.
We did not start with a market map. We started with a team that needed its own workforce operations to be simpler.

PeopleHalo began as a system developed to simplify workforce operations within Stream Labs Design.

Practical use revealed that the same underlying challenges exist across many growing organisations, and other organisations began to take an interest.
