Live demo

Don't read about it. Use it.

A working preview of the PeopleHalo HRMS, running in your browser on a sample company of 14 people across three shifts. Nothing you do here is saved or sent.

Eight things to try
0 of 8 done
  1. Clock in on the night shift Inside the 30 minute window you are Present. After it, Late.
  2. Take a break, then end it Counted breaks draw on a 60 minute daily allowance.
  3. Step away from your desk The Desktop Agent, now in pilot, turns real inactivity into an automatic break.
  4. Request a day of leave Your balance is checked before the request goes anywhere.
  5. Approve it in two stages Reporting manager first, then HR. Nobody approves their own.
  6. Fix an attendance record as HR A correction needs a reason before it saves.
  7. Find it in the audit log Old value, new value, who, why and when.
  8. Rebrand the workspace Give it your company name and theme.
Sample workspaceInteractive
It opens at 8:05 PM as a night-shift employee who has not clocked in yet. Use “View as” to see the same workspace as an employee, a reporting manager, HR or the Super Admin, and the demo clock to jump ahead. People, times and figures are examples, and screens in the product may differ.

What you just saw

The rules do the work, so people don't have to.

Three things the preview does that a spreadsheet and a group chat cannot:

It judges the clock-in for you

Present, Late or Half Day comes from the employee's own shift, including shifts that run past midnight. Nobody decides it by hand.

It notices when a desk goes quiet

Ten minutes of inactivity becomes an Automatic Idle Break with a start, an end and a place in the day's balance.

It remembers every correction

When HR changes a record, the old value, the new value, the reason and the person are kept for the Super Admin to read.
